CMO Weitzman To Speak At Two DMA:2011 Sessions

Palo Alto, CA–September 12, 2011–Buysight, a leader in online performance advertising, announced today that CMO Jeff Weitzman will speak twice at the DMA:2011 Conference and Exhibition on Monday, October 3 and Wednesday, October 5 in Boston. At 12:30 p.m ET, on Monday, Weitzman will host an Ask The Experts Roundtable on “Targeting Buyers-When Audiences Aren't Enough”. On Wednesday at 8:45 a.m., Weitzman will join Kevin Lofgren, CEO and founder of digital agency Farstar, to discuss "Building Relationships That Matter."
At the Roundtable, participants will learn that audience buys work well when trying to create awareness of a brand within a target group, but when success is measured by incremental sales driven, they need to be even more specific in their advertising. Display ads need to work the way search works for retailers: intent and response.
At the Creative & Production track session, Kevin Lofgren will showcase how a direct marketing campaign can "gatecrash", engage the audience, tell an interactive story through the presentation of dynamic and relevant content, integrate with a sales team and result in revenue lift. Jeff Weitzman, a present Farstar client, will speak to both his perspective on client/agency relationship development and also how Buysight develops relationships with their own client pool.
